SVA provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M/E/P) system design for five (5) campus office buildings. Buildings #1 and #5 consist of three (3) stories and 129,150 square feet each. Building #2 is two (2) stories and 42,400 square feet, including kitchen, cafeteria, and conference center. Buildings #3 and #4 are two (2) stories and 86,100 square feet each. The total project area is approximately 400,000 gross square feet. The project also includes enclosed links between the various buildings.

The air conditioning systems consist of VAV rooftop units. The heating system included gas at the rooftop for unoccupied/morning warm-up; fan powered VAV boxes with electric heat for comfort. The control system consisted of a direct digital control building automation system. Standard plumbing systems were designed and coordinated with the local code officials.

The electrical system design includes lighting, fire alarm, uninterruptible power supply, security, surge suppression, generator, and communications wiring.
